She is not there to campaign or make a speech.

 

She is there to listen.

 

Kathy is there to share a dialogue about real solutions with real Tulsans.

Great neighborhoods are built when people reach out to partner with local businesses, churches, organizations and local government to make the streets safer for our kids and improve the quality of life for every Tulsan.
