Mayor Kathy Taylor signed the resolution today that sends the $451 million streets plan to a November 4th vote of the people.

Joining with area educators and the University of Tulsa, Mayor Kathy Taylor hosted a two-day “America’s Promise” summit. The program, championed by General Colin Powell, places a priority on drop-out prevention.
