When Kathy ran for office two years ago, she did something a little unusual: she listened to what Tulsans had to say. By partnering with small businesses, individuals and organizations, progress is being made on the priorities Tulsans said are important. Those are the priorities she works toward everyday at City Hall. They haven’t changed. And they never will.
